We have worked at senior management and director level within the public and private sector therefore understand the issues and challenges large, multi disciplinary organisations face when dealing with the people aspects of change.
Our experience of HR is comprehensive and includes every aspect of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and selection, employee management and development, through to recognition, benefits and reward strategies.
In particular, we have extensive knowledge and experience of staff transition and transformation through mergers, acquisitions, managed service contracts and outsourcing. As part of this process, we are experienced at helping employees embrace new disciplines and processes from the outset and embed new cultures that together, help to transform services, so that efficiencies can be made and performance improved.
We have also implemented job families from very traditional job descriptions, introduced flexible benefits, modernised terms and conditions of employment, introduced e-HR and employee self service and have undertaken full structural pay and grading reviews in local government as well as private sector.
Our experience also extends to managing the people implications of a major rationalisation programme within a heavily unionised environment where headcount was reduced by 250 over a 6 month period.
