Learning and Development
Our experience of learning and development interventions and activities is extensive, spanning all levels, from implementing strategic approaches to designing and implementing multi service, cross functional Learning and Development delivery models, designing management development interventions, right through to delivering one on one coaching to individuals.
Our main focus is to ensure simple, practical, and sustainable learning solutions are implemented in such a way that maximise the learning. This is achieved by combining external input with structured on the job practise and implementation and by maximising the support and systems available within the organisation.
A particular strength is creating innovative, tailored, holistic learning solutions for all levels of management that take into consideration key factors such as improving performance, customer focus, communications and service delivery.
Some examples have been management master classes, management road-shows, first line and middle management accredited programmes, senior management coaching, leading teams, leadership competencies, developing management, employee and customer charters.
We have also implemented :
- bespoke mentoring schemes one of which was structured to be able to accommodate up to 1000 eligible staff
- an electronic 360 degree feedback process for senior management
- graduate development, succession and talent management programmes
- employee engagement programme
We have also helped many clients achieve the Investors in People accreditation and have a 100% success rate to date.
