We have extensive expertise in planning and undertaking marine and coastal studies including surveys of physical, chemical and biological parameters for baseline EIA data. We specialise in efficient and effective data gathering based on the central principles of understanding the environmental factors and how they interact. We do this with the minimum of equipment but with maximum understanding. We always focus on providing the information our clients need to inform their decisions, if possible dovetailing our work with other marine specialists undertaking site investigations to save time and resources.

The fast moving phase of large construction projects requires a very adaptable approach HSE management. The key to this is in comprehensive contract performance agreements with contractors, effective management of change and adequate commitment and supervision at all levels of management. We are experienced in using evidenced based auditing and performance improvement programs in a construction environment to deliver compliance with key contract performance indicators.

Very often the most significant risk of accidental environmental harm comes from oil spills. We have developed a systematic approach to the assessment of oil spill risk using GIS and oils spill prediction model output to identify the priority areas for oil spill prevention and contingency arrangements assessment contingency planning and emergency response
