Improving Performance

Continuously improving performance is the driver for everything we do. We believe that any intervention that does not have a performance improvement goal as a key outcome should be reconsidered. As a consequence, performance improvement targets are built into every aspect of our delivery.

We are particularly experienced in developing performance improvement strategies for teams using in-depth diagnostics and problem solving techniques with staff and devising practical but stretching action plans with key stakeholders to tackle issues identified.

We have experience in designing and implementing both bespoke and standardised performance management, development and appraisal systems, ensuring detailed communications strategies are built into the implementation phase to embed new systems and processes and ensure long term sustainability.

As part of our suite of management guidelines, developed in-house, we have prepared performance improvement guidelines for managers to help them manage performance on a day to day basis.
